HEY AGAIN! I’M RADHIKA
A career coach
Former Corporate suit, who spent a significant chunk of time problem solving for employees and colleagues.
This also happened to be the part of my role that challenged, fuelled and exhilarated me, so why not turn the passion to a profession? Sending my listening skills down a different path, led me to the ever-evolving world of Coaching, and I am happier for it!
At equilibrium coaching..
My approach is simple: to help you, help yourself. Whether you are in a rut, at amulti-way crossroad without a map, or just want more than “enough”, we’ll power through together, at your pace. No judgements, no pressure and no pre-conceived notions ; only the agreement we design together.
My previous careers
My career has primarily been in Financial Services, HR specifically - I promise, we’re not all evil.
As a third culture individual, born in India, raised in the Middle East, and polished in Canada, I’ve been afforded the ability to connect with people from various walks of life.
I truly believe we all have a superpower, even if it is lying dormant. Partnering with people to tap into their inherent gifts is what I do.
Why coaching?
We are in the era of awareness, where your mental and personal development matter just as much as your physical well-being. Many would argue you cannot fully have one without the other.
At Equilibrium Coaching, we’re inclined to agree.
Have you been feeling stuck or stagnant at work, and struggled to meet your goals despite your expertise?
Do you struggle with getting your viewpoint across in meetings, even with all your knowledge?
Does it sometimes seem like your choices are swimming around in your head and you can’t anchor them?
You’re definitely not alone!
Signing up with a Coach gives you access to a partner who will see you through to the finish line, on your own steam, at a pace you set.
Studies have shown that Coaching can have a positive impact on productivity, resilience, subjective wellbeing, goal attainment, and performance. (The Journal of Positive Psychology).
In general, having a personal support system tends to galvanise motivation and strengthen mental health.
