Consistent sessions have proven more impactful than one-off coaching calls. To better serve your needs we’ve curated packages to choose from. These can also be customised during your free consultation call.

  • FREE DISCOVERY CALL

    This allows you to get some clarity on Energy Coaching, what I can offer, and if the sessions will work for you.

  • 60 MINUTE COACHING

    Choose from a package of three, five or ten 60 minute sessions. These can be customised and modified as you need.

  • 90 MINUTE COACHING

    When there is a specific goal, clients often benefit best from a longer session, to allow for a deeper dive. These sessions can also be purchases in packages of three, five or ten.
